Warranty

At CustomTentCo., we ensure the quality of our products. We guarantee functionality when used according to our assembly instructions, warning labels, and disclaimers. We ask that you follow the guidelines to ensure the maximum safety and longevity of our products.

We provide a one-year warranty on any manufacturing defect if it occurs. If you notice any noticeable manufacturing defects, please let us know within 8 working days of receiving the product. Do not use it. We might ask for images and videos for reference via email to support the warranty claim.

If we verify that the problem is due to a manufacturing defect, we will repair or replace the product free of charge. The customer will be responsible for shipping charges if you need the product delivered free of charge. We will use the same shipping method to deliver the repaired product.

Please note that our warranty policy does not cover expedited shipping and production charges. The warranty does not cover

• damages caused by natural disasters
• extreme weather conditions
• regular wear and tear
• Mishandling the product
• Using unauthorized alterations
• theft, loss, or destruction.

We're devoted to providing outstanding customer service and resolving any warranty disputes. As such, CustomTentCo. reserves the right to make the final judgment on any warranty disputes, including the cause of damage and the most suitable solution and response to be provided by our warranty.

Our products are built to last, and we offer a one-year limited warranty for indoor-use hardware and a six-month limited warranty for outdoor-use hardware. Our indoor-use prints come with a 1- year limited warranty, while outdoor-use prints are covered for six months.
