Accepted File Types
We support the most popular file types, and we will accept most file formats as long as they are suitable for printing. These include:
• AI (Adobe Illustrator)
• PDF
• EPS
• PSD (Adobe Photoshop)
• PNG, JPG, TIFF, SVG
For best results, use a vector file in AI or PDF format. These file formats will keep your lines sharp and colors vibrant at any size.
Design Size & Templates
Always download and use the template for the product you ordered before starting your design. Our templates are sized to match exact canopy and wall dimensions, helping you place logos, text, and graphics accurately.
File Size Guidelines
Be sure to keep your art files under 200MB for upload and processing. If your files are larger than this, please get in touch with our support team, and we will help determine an alternative means to upload them.
Artwork Tips
• Design at full scale so your artwork prints true to size.
• For raster images such as JPG or PNG, use a minimum resolution of 200–300 dpi to prevent blur or pixelation.
• Convert fonts to outlines or paths whenever possible to ensure consistent text printing.
• Use CMYK color mode when available, as it more accurately represents printed colors.
Upload and Approval
After placing your order, upload your artwork during checkout or send it to us separately. You’ll receive a digital proof for review and approval before production begins.
