Here you can find information about what the graphics requirements are. How do I upload the artwork? How do I create the artwork files using templates? What are the file formats we need to upload the artwork?

How to use our templates
Check the product description and scroll down to find the templates for the product you are looking for. Once you find the template files, simply click on Download the template. And follow the instructions to avoid mistakes and easy artwork upload that is print ready.
- Download the PDF file that contains an actual template for the product design.
- Avoid altering template lines while creating your artwork file.
- Use the Pantone color chart for reference. PMS color is recommended while creating artwork. Try not to use template line colors, which will become inconsistent and lead to unclear artwork.
- For products having double side printing, such as feather flags printed on two sides, design the templates on both sides, no matter if the artwork images and logos are the same on both sides.
- If you are looking for multiple designs for the same product, please submit one artwork file per design.
How to create artwork files
Upload the artwork files in CMYK color space, which is recommended.
- Pantone and PMS colors are highly recommended for design. That helps reproduce the colors accurately.
- PMS colors must be opaque. This means that the color should not have any transparency. If you use a transparent PMS color, the print may look blurry or faded.
- Metallic and fluorescent PMS colors cannot be printed accurately in digital printing. This is because these colors are created using special inks that are not available in digital printing. In digital printing, metallic and fluorescent colors are typically created by using a combination of CMYK inks. However, this can result in a loss of color accuracy.
- Some PMS colors may not be able to be printed accurately in CMYK printing. This is because CMYK printing uses a different set of inks than PMS printing.
Design all artwork files at a ratio of 1:10. This means that for every 10 inches in your artwork file, the final printed product will be 1 inch.
- Products smaller than 16 inches by 16 inches should be designed at a 1:1 ratio. This means that the artwork file should be the same size as the final printed product.
- Note: Using our 1:10 file size requirement will not affect print quality. This means that your artwork will look the same in print no matter what size you design it at.
Raster images must have a minimum resolution of 360 dpi for textile materials and 800 dpi for vinyl and rigid materials.
- This is because textile materials, vinyl, and rigid materials have different densities of threads or fibers per inch.
- Vector format is preferred for logos, fonts, and line drawings.
- The gray line shows the area of the artwork that will be printed. Important elements should be within the line to avoid being cut off.
- The magenta bleed line shows the area of the artwork that will be trimmed off. Ensure to extend this line so the white border will not be printed.
- Turn all fonts to outline.
- Include all the images, logos, and links used in the artwork file so it will be easily accessible.
- It's best to discard all overprint settings. It is used to combine two colors.
- Kindly check the content that will be printed and the grammar.
