What is the difference between Package #K and Package #J?
Package #K is everything in package #J, with a full printed fitted table cover giving you complete coverage from the top down on your booth.
Can the table cover and canopy be different patterns?
Yes. You can make everything match with one design, or you can have different designs for each item.
Is the table cover washable?
Yes. It's also one of those you can spot clean or carefully machine wash in cold water and air-dry.
How easy are the flags to set up?
Yes. Flags are each with their own pole kits and bases for easy setup.
Is wind an issue with this tent?
Yes. It's rated for wind up to 40 km/h, but you'll want to consider adding weights or stakes for stability.
Do the prints deteriorate with time?
No. The dye-sublimation process and the UV protection aid in keeping the colors pristine for years.
Can additional items be reordered independently later?
Yes. You can reorder just the canopy, table cover or flags separately with your current artwork.
What does the warranty include?
The 40MM frame is sold with a two-year warranty. When you upgrade to the 50MM frame, that remains in effect for 3 years. Canopy and table cover graphics on printed (all over) are warranted for 1 year.
Will the table cover fit all types of tables?
The cover is sized to fit a 6-foot table, but can be made for custom dimensions upon request.
How long does the entire setup process last?
The tent, table cover and flags can be set up by two people in approximately 20 minutes.
