Does this canopy top fit my 20x20 frame?
Yes. Our 20x20 pop-up tent canvas fits most standard pop-up frames. Just supply your frame dimensions, and we will make sure the new top is sized for a beautiful, snug fit.
How do I submit my art or logo?
You can upload your logo or photo at checkout, or you can email it to us after purchasing. And, if you require design assistance, we provide complimentary artwork support with unlimited edits and 3D mockups so that you can see exactly how your custom canopy will appear.
How soon can you print and send my order?
From the moment you approve your final design, production usually takes 5-6 business days. It typically takes our customers 7-8 business days to receive their customised canopy from the time of purchase.
Do you offer weather-resistant 20 x 20 canopy tops?
Yes. These canopy tops are constructed from outdoor-living curtain fabric to withstand the elements. They are 100% waterproof, UV protected, and fire-retardant, and meet the standards of NFPA 701 and CPAI-84. The material is also mildew, peel and surface scratch resistant.
Can we print our logo or custom branding on the tent?
Absolutely. Applying your logo is also a breeze with this product – we utilise full-colour high-resolution polyester dye sublimation printing along with matched Pantone colour matching to ensure that your brand looks its best, being both sharp and accurate to colour across the entire canopy.
Does this canopy tent fit any 20x20 frame?
Our 20' x 20' replacement top is explicitly made to the size of our pole tents and only fits these units. And if you have a custom or one-of-a-kind frame you can't find anywhere else, simply tell us the size , and we will measure inside for clearance by your handlebar stem.
How do I clean and care for the canopy top?
Wash the canopy with soapy water and a soft cloth. Do not use abrasive tools or harsh cleaners on the fabric to prevent damage to the graphic and print.
