Artwork Specification:

Artwork must be created using the provided templates.
Acceptable file types include PDF, AI, EPS, PSD, PNG, TIF, TIFF, JPG, and SVG, among which AI and PDF are highly recommended.
Files must be the same size as what is ordered.
The maximum size of the file should be 200M. If you have much larger files, please contact our customer service representatives.
Please review the artwork specification before uploading your file. We will not be responsible for the delayed orders due to artwork that cannot meet the provided requirements.

Notice: For the custom-size products, you can just upload your artwork when placing the order and our artwork person will help you set up the template.

Please note: Production lead times begin upon print proof approval. If proofs are approved after 03:00 PM (noon), the production lead time will start on the next business day. AFTER PLACING THE ORDER

Once your order is received, our design team will review your artwork. They may make some edits or prepare proofs for your approval. You will then receive an email with attachments containing the final proofs for your review. After carefully reviewing the proofs, simply reply to the email to confirm your approval.

Note: While your order is important, production lead time starts only after you approve the print proofs we send you for your review.

Return Policy

We kindly ask that customers cover the return shipping costs. A 20% restocking fee may apply. To ensure a smooth return process, please return your items within 10 business days of the original shipment date. Please note that CustomTentCo cannot accept returns for used products, custom-made items, or graphic prints.

Yes! This TENT can be used inside and outside. It withstood wind speeds of 40 KPH, and the fabric is also water-resistant and UV-resistant, giving it a wide range of uses for outdoor events.

Is the back wall detachable?

Yes, the back wall is fully detachable, and removing/reinstalling is easy. The back fence attaches with hook-and-loop fasteners or clips (depending on your setup preference).

Are there any hidden charges for artwork/setup?

You will incur no additional costs for design assistance/artwork preparation/Pantone matching (2+ revisions). All that is included with the purchase.

What is the total time for delivery?

Production time is approximately 5-7 business days (after approval of artwork). Within the 48 contiguous U.S. states, it will take an additional 3-5 business days for delivery.

Will you be able to match my brand's Pantone colors?

Yes! We can match your Pantone colors precisely to ensure all of your TENTs are consistent with your brand.

What is the complete package weight?

40MM aluminum frame: approx. 25 lbs. Includes the printed TENT canopy and printed back wall, which combined will add an extra 10-12 lbs. All combined, the setup will be very lightweight/easy to carry.

Can I upgrade to a 50MM frame?

Yes, you can choose to upgrade to a 50MM heavy-duty frame. This option includes a 3-year warranty and provides greater strength and stability for demanding conditions.
