Can I submit a separate piece of art for the canopy and half walls?
Yes! For no extra charge, you can supply unique artwork for the half walls and canopy.
Which frame-40 mm or 50 mm-should I select?
40mm frame: Perfect for occasional use and general gatherings.
50MM frame: For frequent or commercial use, this heavy-duty variant is advised.
Do the walls have two sides?
No. Double-sided printing is available upon request, although the half walls are printed on one side by default.
How long does a typical production take?
After the artwork is approved, production usually takes five to six business days.
Are configurations difficult?
No. The tent features a pop-up frame with a push-button lock, requiring no tools for easy and fast assembly.
Are there any design fees?
No. All design services are included, including 3D mock-ups and artwork setup.
