Artwork Specification:

Artwork must be created using the provided templates.
Acceptable file types include PDF, AI, EPS, PSD, PNG, TIF, TIFF, JPG, and SVG, among which AI and PDF are highly recommended.
Files must be the same size as what is ordered.
The maximum size of the file should be 200M. If you have much larger files, please contact our customer service representatives.
Please review the artwork specification before uploading your file. We will not be responsible for the delayed orders due to artwork that cannot meet the provided requirements.

To determine your In-Hand Date, simply combine your chosen Production Lead Time with the corresponding Transit Time listed below. AFTER PLACING THE ORDER

Once your order is received, our design team will review your artwork. They may make some edits or prepare proofs for your approval. You will then receive an email with attachments containing the final proofs for your review. After carefully reviewing the proofs, simply reply to the email to confirm your approval.

Note: While your order is important, production lead time starts only after you approve the print proofs we send you for your review.

Return Policy

We kindly ask that customers cover the return shipping costs. A 20% restocking fee may apply. To ensure a smooth return process, please return your items within 10 business days of the original shipment date. Please note that CustomTentCo cannot accept returns for used products, custom-made items, or graphic prints.

Is the tent frame durable, and can it withstand regular use?

Yes. There are many commercial-grade tent models available, and the Outdoor Revolution Eclipse 400 Pro is at the top of that list. The frame of this cube-shaped octagonal canopy is made from anodised aluminium with a 40mm robust hexagonal construction.

Is the printing already in full colour, high resolution?

Absolutely. We also involve an unrestricted full-colour dye-sublimation printing process, which means you can order your logos on gradients or photo designs, all with excellent Pantone precise colour matching.

Do we have any extra fees for design set-up?

A. Setup for design is absolutely free (all 3D mockups and final proofs), no additional charge required.

Is the pop-up canopy up to fire code?

Yes. The canopy material meets NFPA-701 and CPAI-84 fire resistance standards.

How is the tent transported?

The frame includes a carry bag that conveniently allows you to take the canopy with you anywhere you go and holds it within the bag to ensure it remains intact and easily portable.

How strong are the winds that the tent can resist?

The 40mm frame can be used with weights/sandbags for winds of up to 40km/h. For stronger wind conditions, the 50mm frame is optional and supports winds of up to 60km/hr when pegged.

What are the canopy and walls made of?

Canopy and walls are crafted from 600D PU polyester fabric, or some of the best in the industry for shelter sturdiness and durability. At the same time, its frame is made a rugged White Powder-Coated Steel with additional legs.
