Hanging Rope Installation Methods

U-clamps can adjust the hanging rope. Two-Way Connection. The display is 2 meters from the ceiling, providing both unparalleled stability and safety – this preset is recommended. If you need to hang more than 3.5m to 4m, you can switch to a one-direction connection. Moreover, you can also buy our hanging ropes separately if you need another installation option.

Ceiling Mounting Precautions

When installing a ceiling-mounted sign, make sure the ceiling has strong and secure attachment points to support the sign safely. The installer should provide the appropriate mounting accessories required for these attachment points.

Structure Description

In order to support it and prevent sagging, we will use a choice of two different support styles, depending on how wide the banner is.

Hardware: Simple vertical support rods are used for displays as wide as 15 ft, offering a subtle reinforcement.

Diagonal triangular lacing rods are provided for widths greater than 15 ft to provide additional bracing for larger designs.

Note: If diagonal supports have been used, these may show slightly through the fabric. To achieve maximum visual output, we suggest implementing dark or patterned backgrounds to reduce how they stand out.

AFTER PLACING THE ORDER

Once your order is received, our design team will review your artwork. They may make some edits or prepare proofs for your approval. You will then receive an email with attachments containing the final proofs for your review. After carefully reviewing the proofs, simply reply to the email to confirm your approval.

Note: While your order is important, production lead time starts only after you approve the print proofs we send you for your review.

Return Policy

We kindly ask that customers cover the return shipping costs. A 20% restocking fee may apply. To ensure a smooth return process, please return your items within 10 business days of the original shipment date. How do I hang the sign?

Assembly takes approximately 15–20 minutes. It is suspended with either the supplied wire ropes, though some establishments suggest our certified rigging services for ceiling pew installations.

Are replacement graphics available?

Yes. Replacement fabric graphics-only kits are available to buy without having to purchase another frame, great for seasonal promotions or new branding.
