Once your order is received, our design team will review your artwork. They may make some edits or prepare proofs for your approval. You will then receive an email with attachments containing the final proofs for your review. After carefully reviewing the proofs, simply reply to the email to confirm your approval.

Note: While your order is important, production lead time starts only after you approve the print proofs we send you for your review.

How long to inflate the 10×10 inflatable event tent?

The tent can be inflated within 3-5 minutes with a suitable electric pump. When inflated, it stands upright without constant air flow, so it's easy to set up, and there's no bulky external base.

Is the inflatable bubble tent stable in high winds, and is it safe for outdoor use?

Yes. Includes high-performance TPU (thermoplastic polyurethane) air tubes with over-pressure valve for pumping up and durable 600D PU-coated polyester. It is NFPA-701 and CPAI-84 flame-resistant certified, and sand bag can be added for windy conditions.

Are we able to brand the tent ourselves?

Absolutely. Roof and Wall are Dye Sublimated Printing any color, custom printing any image (High-Resolution), Full Colour Heat Transfer Printing with Digital Image. Free art setup and a 3D design mockup are provided.

How easy is an inflatable tent to transport when deflated?

The tent itself is inflated and deflated easily, in less than sixty seconds; it’s just push a handful of pegs into the ground and pump up the entire tent. The whole thing deflates quickly and folds back into a small carry bag, meaning that you can store it without taking up much space at all. However, even the TPU frame is lightweight, and it’s just 13.8 lbs for a 10×10 tent frame.

What optional add-ons are available?

And you can upgrade your setup with accessories such as a wall with a window and a zipper, extra full-height walls, or an awning for maximum shade and visibility.

Does the tent need power to remain inflated?
